Starting School

Warren's first day was before we went to San Francisco.
He looked good for his 51st first day back to school...if you count kindergarten!
We came home and with no one to take my first day picture, I tried the timer.
Not so professional, but you get the idea.
My first day was not exactly what I'd been hoping for, so,
my wonderful husband made it a good day with these:
As I was asking the office staff a question (one of millions), we saw a man walking in.
Once through the door, he asked "Is there a Devon here?"
"Yes, sir - right here!"
I left them in the office for the rest of the day and then brought them home.
They are still blooming!
Then, as if to prove that working part-time is a good idea,
I got to spend Monday, the 13th with my cousin Helen!
She was up in this area to sing.
We ate, shopped, and talked...
She stayed the night and locked herself out of the house...
with her fancy dress still hanging inside - oops!
Here's proof she was here:
I am hoping for a lot more fun adventures this year!

You both looked GREAT for your first days back to school! Flowers always do the trick, don't they? They can make a horrible day wonderful, just by knowing someone is thinking of you.

Have a great year!
