Our home-away-from-home at Gleneden Beach OR, provided us with an outstandingly beautiful experience over the Martin Luther King weekend. Mom & Warren are standing next to her snail sand sculpture - note the date is 01/17/09. The ocean kept rolling in - alas, we saw no whales! Sadly, I forgot the camera on the day we climbed the Yaquina Head Lighthouse.
Guess who? That be We Three! Mom 'painted' our portraits in the sand - voila!
The Alex / Phil Rock was surrounded by water - but looked good. We ate well - especially the crab cocktails! Finally, we aimed the car at Mt. Hood and drove home.
As Brayton would say, "Ole!"
