The End of an Era: Turning the Page -
Warren was able to attend the graduation ceremonies at Weston and Arlington High School. Both were very bittersweet events. They were the last graduation ceremonies he will participate in at Arlington, as he is leaving the district at the end of June.
At AHS, he was surprised by the principal, Mr. Criscone, who recognized the work Warren has done for the ASD. Mr. Criscone acknowledged the mark Warren has left on the district, especially at AHS, and gave him a framed document 'in commemoration of his work on behalf of the students of the ASD'. It was a wonderful gesture and much appreciated. It includes a beautiful poem, the ASD logo, and his recognition.

Location, location, location
SOOOO, I mentioned that Warren and his mentor, Rob, had started the brewing process. In their infinite wisdom, they decided that the first fermentation should occur in our family room. Hmmm. Not so bright. After the first of many "Thar she blows" all over the wall and down the sides of the carboy, we had to staple towels to the wall to keep it clean. The excessive fermenting continued non-stop all Sunday, which continued to amuse us, once we were over the initial shock. The house currently smells rather like a brewery. Rob assures us that this is normal. Really???
Morale of the story: Don't let men decide where to ferment their brew.
